Image rights consent
Scope
- By uploading photos or videos, the advertiser confirms they depict themselves and that they hold full rights to them.
- The advertiser grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the material on the service for the duration of the listing.
Blurring and originals
- The advertiser may blur their face or selected areas – only the blurred version is shown publicly.
- Originals are stored privately for moderation and verification only; only authorised moderators have access.
Withdrawal
- Consent can be withdrawn by deleting the material or listing. Files are deleted without undue delay; backups within up to 30 days.
