Paid services & right of withdrawal
Services
- Paid services are advertising packages only (display time, VIP, TOP, bumps). Prices are gross PLN as listed in Pricing.
- Payments for services offered by advertisers are not handled by the service.
Payment
- Payment is made by BLIK transfer with a unique payment code. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
- The package activates once payment is booked.
Right of withdrawal
- Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason by contacting kontakt@escortcenter.pl.
- If the consumer requests the service to start before the deadline and it is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. For partial performance we refund the unused period pro rata.
Complaints
- Complaints are handled within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution.
