Advertiser agreement
§1 Subject
- The Operator provides the advertiser with advertising space under the Terms of Service.
- The Operator is not an agency, does not arrange meetings, does not mediate contact or payments between advertisers and visitors and takes no share of the advertiser's income.
§2 Advertiser declarations
- I am at least 18 years old and have passed age verification.
- I advertise only myself, voluntarily, on my own account and without coercion. Nobody manages my listing or profits from my activity.
- I do not offer anything unlawful, in particular involving minors, without consent or under coercion.
- The content I publish is truthful and shows me.
§3 Obligations
- The advertiser is responsible for the listing content and for complying with the law, including tax law.
- Publishing third-party data, explicit content of third parties or content infringing personal rights is prohibited.
§4 Moderation
- The Operator may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that breaches the Terms or the law or raises suspicion of trafficking or minors. The advertiser receives a statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA) and may appeal.
§5 Termination
- The advertiser may delete the listing and account at any time. Fees for the used advertising period are non-refundable, subject to consumer rights.
