Contact
- Requests from public authorities go to: [TODO OWNER: set LAW_ENFORCEMENT_EMAIL / ustaw adres dla organów]. Please include the legal basis, case reference, official's details and listing URLs. Languages: Polish, English.
- Reports concerning minors, trafficking and coercion are handled first.
Data we retain
- Account data (e-mail, registration and login dates), listing content and history, photos, contact details given in the listing, advertising payment records and abuse reports.
- ID document and selfie from verification are deleted after review; we keep only the result and date.
- We do not store IP addresses in analytics (daily one-way hash). We have no access to contacts or conversations between advertisers and visitors – they happen outside the service.
Data disclosure requests
- We disclose data on a request from a competent authority in line with Polish and EU law (including Art. 10 DSA) or where needed to protect life and safety.
- Requests from outside Poland are handled via mutual legal assistance or applicable EU law.
Preservation requests
- On an authority's request we preserve data tied to a given listing or account for the time needed to obtain a formal order (by default up to 90 days, extendable on a reasoned request).
- Please give listing URLs or IDs in the request.
Proactive reports
- Where we reasonably suspect a crime, especially involving minors or trafficking, we notify the competent authorities ourselves.
