Privacy policy
Controller
- The data controller is the Operator of EscortCenter.pl. Contact: kontakt@escortcenter.pl.
Data we process
- Advertisers: email address, password (hashed), ad content, photos, contact details provided in the ad.
- Age verification: ID photo and selfie, stored in private storage and deleted immediately after review; we keep only the result and date.
- Ad photos are automatically stripped of metadata (including GPS location).
- Abuse reports: report content and, optionally, the reporter's email.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of the advertising contract; Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) – legal obligations and legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention); Art. 9(2)(a) – explicit consent for data concerning sex life contained in an ad.
Cookies
- We only use essential cookies: login session and age confirmation. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
