Terms of service
1. General
- EscortCenter.pl (the Service) is an advertising platform intended for adults only.
- The Operator provides advertising space. The Operator is not an escort agency, does not arrange meetings, does not mediate contact or payments between advertisers and visitors, and does not profit from services provided by advertisers.
- Fees charged by the Operator relate only to advertising services (e.g. featured placement) and are independent of any arrangement between advertisers and visitors.
2. Advertisers
- Ads may only be posted by adults advertising themselves, acting of their own free will and on their own account.
- Ads posted on behalf of third parties, by agencies, intermediaries or anyone profiting from another person's activity are forbidden.
- Before an ad is published, the advertiser must pass age and identity verification. The Operator may request re-verification at any time.
- Advertisers are fully responsible for the content of their ads and the legality of their activity.
3. Moderation
- Every ad and every change to an ad is moderated before publication.
- The Operator may refuse, suspend or remove ads that breach these Terms, the Listing rules or the law, and may block accounts.
- Where a crime is suspected, in particular involving minors or human trafficking, the Operator notifies law enforcement and shares the data it holds.
4. Visitors
- Only persons aged 18 or over may use the Service.
- Contact with advertisers happens directly, outside the Service. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of information in ads.
5. Reporting abuse
- Anyone can report an ad using the “Report this ad” button or by writing to kontakt@escortcenter.pl. Reports concerning minors, trafficking and coercion are handled with priority.
6. Final provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law. Draft – must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
